Train – Vehicle Rhyme

Trains were a product of the industrial revolution! It completely changed the way people travelled in the 19th century. Till this date they are delightful and haven’t lost their charm! They never fail to put a smile on your face. Think about all the pretty sights that you chug through in a train. Incredible, isn’t it?

I run on never-ending rails,

Leaving behind a smoky trail,

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I chug and whistle as I go,

I’m sometimes fast, sometimes slow.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I run on ever so many wheels.

I’m made of solid iron and steel.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

My engine is the part that’s main.

My coaches form a very long chain.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I have many windows and doors, (mistake)

Also chairs, pantry and stores.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I pass through towns and cities,

I use diesel or electricity,

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

Over bridges, through tunnels and woods,

I carry, men and goods.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

At stations, board me or alight,

As I go enjoy the pretty sight.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

From high up in the sky,

I look like a caterpillar passing by.

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I can take you wherever you please,

But don’t you forget your ticket please!

I’m a train, I’m a train!

I’m a train, I’m a train!
